Care Guide

Our pieces are designed to be loved and worn. To get the most out of your SOPHIE ANNA jewellery we suggest removing your pieces before undertaking the following activities:

• Swimming 
• Exercise/vigorous physical activities
• Cleaning/showering 
• Applying lotions, perfumes and hairspray. 

Make sure your jewellery is dry before it stored and always make sure that it's stored in a clean, dry environment away from humidity.

Clean gold plated jewellery with cotton cloth and silver jewellery with a silver cleaning cloth. 

Jewellery set with gems can be brought to life by careful cleaning with a soft brush and soapy water. Dry thoroughly with a lint-free cloth. Wipe pearls with a soft damp cloth after wearing to remove perfume, hairspray and anything else likely to damage them.

If an item of jewellery is particularly dirty then professional cleaning might be necessary.

We do not guarantee that our gold plated jewelry will last forever. Gold plated pieces are, by default, more fragile and liable to lose their color overtime. The speed at which the gold plating fades will depend on multiple variables from chemical products used for skincare, level of perspiration or even your natural skin PH. For this reason, it is particularly important to take special care of your gold plated jewelry.
